We offer training courses restricted to law enforcement and military students through the Scout Tracking Operations School. We offer training for first responders, security and the general public through the S.E.T. Operations School.

SCOUT TRACKING OPERATIONS SCHOOL

REQUIRED REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS

Copy of Current Government Issued Photo Identification (one of the following)

Law Enforcement Photographic Credential
Current Military ID

IF YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO SHARE YOUR CREDENTIALS (FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT)- USE OF YOUR GOVERNMENT EMAIL ADRESS WILL MEET THE CREDENTIAL/ID REQUIREMENT.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

PHASE 1

Complete online registration form for desired course.
Pay for course online or submit Agency billing information to include an Agency Point of Contact.
You will be sent a confirmation email with instructions to submit a photo of your credentials.

PHASE 2

Submit a photo of your credentials via email (unless using an LEO/MIL government email address).
Upon approval, you will be sent a welcome email (approximately 30 days before the course) securing your slot in the registered course with an introduction letter from the course instructor and recommended lodging information.

PHASE 3

Arrive 15 minutes prior to registered course with a photo ID and required equipment.
Complete a liability waiver (if requested by the instructor).

Note: Payment in full (including Law Enforcement Agencies) and a photo of credentials must be received 10 days prior to the start of the registered course or the student may forfeit their slot in the registered course.

EXCLUSIVITY

Spearpoint Group exclusively offers training to United States of America Citizens and her Allies.
Spearpoint Group reserves the right to approve individual Military applicants for restricted courses (without a government contract) on a case by case basis.
Spearpoint Group reserves the right to deny entry into a course based on the student failing to meet registration requirements and the protection of the student, general public or the United States of America.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by Student

Cancellations must be sent in writing to connect@sptraininggroup.com. A $100 cancellation fee may be charged for cancellations within 10 business days of a registered course.
Cancellations made within 5 business days of a course may not be refunded. The student may be offered to transfer their registration to another course within the current calendar year based on availability.
No refund or transfer may be offered for a failure to attend a registered course without prior notification.

Cancellation by Spearpoint Group

Spearpoint Group reserves the rights to cancel a course due to an unforeseen emergency or very low attendance. While we hope this does not happen, in the event of a course cancellation, we will offer a full refund and/or offer a transfer to another scheduled course.

REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

I am a United States Citizen and am 18 years of age or older.
I am not withheld by Local, State or Federal Law to possess a firearm of ammunition.
I have never been convicted of a Felony and I am not a sex offender.
I am not currently undergoing criminal litigation for a felony, a violent crime (including domestic violence) or a sexual offense.
I consent to Spearpoint Group verifying my background, identity and credentials as needed during the registration process.
I understand that upon my arrival to a course I may be required to complete and sign a liability waiver releasing Spearpoint Group and hosting entity from liability from damages.
I have reviewed the course description and understand some courses may be physically demanding and I may be required to traverse difficult terrain in harsh weather conditions.
I understand that failure to complete the entirety of a course may result in being denied a graduation certificate and/or accredited training hours and that course tuition may not be refunded depending on the situation.
I understand Spearpoint Group cannot predict severe weather and its impact on course training.
I have reviewed and understand the registration process, required registration documentation, exclusivity statement and cancellation policy.

S.E.T. OPERATIONS SCHOOL

ACCREDITATION

OKLAHOMA COUNSEL ON LAW ENFORCEMENT EDUCATION AND TRAINING (CLEET)

Unless otherwise indicated, all law enforcement training courses are accredited by Oklahoma CLEET for Peace Officers to receive continuing education credit.

“This class has been accredited by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training for ____ hours of mandatory continuing education credit. Regarding any law enforcement concepts, practices, methods, techniques, products, or devices as might be taught, promoted, or otherwise espoused in outside schools or seminars, there is no intent, expressed or implied, that ‘accreditation’ indicates or in any way conveys ‘CLEET approval’ of such concepts, practices, methods, techniques, products, or devices, unless such approval is explicitly stated by CLEET.”
